Returns

All unused products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase if the item has any defect. The return shipment will be paid by the purchaser. Refunds or credit will be issued once the unused purchased item has been received by our returns department.  Tip: The quickest way to exchange the product is to return the original item and place a new order at the same time. 

Sale items

All items on sale are non-refundable. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you have any issues or concerns please email us at: therockjunkiez@gmail.com  We deeply apologize for the inconvenience.

Shipping

We provide flat rate shipping through UPS. The price of the shipping is currently $10.50.  Most orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Flat rate shipping does not apply to orders international.  If you are shipping internationally the customer's shipping rate will be modify based on the location of the recipient.  Please contact us before checkout at: therockjunkiez@gmail.com 

Lost and stolen Items

If your product is lost please contact us at: therockjunkiez@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We will also contact the carrier service and file a claim in order to resolve the problem in a responsible manner. If the package is stolen after delivery the recipient takes mandatory responsibility for the stolen product.
